0 days?!!?

The question is: what are you waiting for Mason!? Although more people will say things like "you've got at least another week", I choose to be the optimist and believe he is going to come any moment now - nothing wrong with that, right?! My Mom is here and we've got plans to do all we can to make this happen... starting with Eggplant Parmesean for dinner today that supposedly induces women within 48 hours. Walking, Castor oil, and a trampoline are all in the near future as well. Hopefully Mason will decide the time is right, since we think it is! Now if I can just get my hospital bag packed...

Now everyone is going to be staring at you like a time bomb, waiting for that moment to happen when it seems that you have peed your pants... but oh, no, it's that great and glorious time of giving birth!! Come on Mason, we all want to meet you!

Oh I'm so excited for you, you're so close! My advice for inducing labor is to schedule a hair or manicure appointment. Either you'll end up going into labor right before your appointment and miss it, or at the very least you'll get some last minute pampering in ;)

What personally works for me is having my doctor go on vacation. With Caleb my water broke the day after my dr. left for vacation and earlier this month she took a week off and I ended up in the hospital lol.

Pineapple is said to do it as well, you can have some pineapple upside down cake after your eggplant parm! :) All 3 of my kids were early, all 3 my water broke at home, all 3 were after a lot of SITTING for hours. (I know--they tell you to walk but it was always sitting for me!) Good luck, I hope it's soon for you, and I'll be sending you vibes for a totally painless and easy delivery and recovery! :)
