So, I finally cashed in my Valentines Day present two weekends ago (never too late!) and we went and stayed a night at the Zermatt Resort in Midway, Utah. Matt got a package deal from a referral by his boss and we ended up with a slew of coupons for this place – 2 night stays, a round of golf, 20% off spa services & the cafe, a free dessert, etc. 
Although we didn't end up doing much (ate & went swimming), it was nice to just be somewhere different - and it is rather different. Everything is decorated as though you're in the Alps including the dear resort workers who are decked out in authentic dress - lederhosen and the such.
