So many pictures, a collage is a pretty ridiculous way to present them... but I am almost.caught.up.
April....
SOCCER! Oh man, our first year with Soccer and we LOVE it. Love it
I turned 3-0! Matt-man pulled off a surprise party, big time. He is a keeper! Cooper threw up all over himself as we got to the party... but as a present to me, he didn't throw up any of the remainder of the evening :)
The boys planted zucchini and squash and they sprouted
Mason LOST HIS FIRST TOOTH! On the soccer field... literally. We're waiting for a tooth-tree to sprout in the field
It warmed up some - FINALLY - and the boys got to play and get wet for the first time this year (washing the van)
We had a family rendezvous at Waffle House and the boys looked cute in the hats :)
Lincoln wrote his name FREE HAND for the first time. And wrote his first AND last name!
EASTER! The boys had three egg hunts.. haha
House #3 continued!
Lincoln also had his pre-school screening and passed with flying colors!
Bailey grew and became much more manageable :)

March 2014
This post is much more robust than February!
March brought....
the start of House #3!
a FANTASTIC trip to Florida! Me and the boys tagged along with my parents... my parents are brave! We had so much fun spending time with family, shopping, and going to the beach.
we went to the Nashville Zoo and took our friend Liah with us
spontaneous donut run(s)
Gram & Aunt Nancy came to TN for a visit
WE BOUGHT A PUPPY. I am only slightly crazy. Her name is Bailey and she is a Boxer.

February 2014 Recap
Unfortunately it looks like I was a little sparse on pictures in February...
Since it was super duper cold outside, we got creative and played inside a lot - including creating forts out of chairs and blankets :)

I took a concealed carry class in the BOONIES from a cool dude.
Cooper continued to be cute... well, of coursE!
We finished up and officially closed on House #2!

January 2014 Photo Recap:
My Dad and I took the boys to a morning Circus show!
COOPER turned 1 year old!
I took Matt to Monster Jam. hehe
COLD TEMPS! My parents pond froze thick enough to skate on and we got a tiny bit of snow to play in!
House #2 was wrapping up!
Dec 2013 Photo Dump
way behind, but... I am determined, which means this is going to be some shoddy reporting, but hey, whatever it takes!
In no particular order:
house #2 building continued!
FAMILY! One of the best parts of the season is all the family! Jess & Chris came to town and we celebrated Saylor's 1st birthday too.
Dickson Women's Club Christmas dinner... yum and fun!
I got to hold the two cutest (almost) 1 yr olds!
ICE! Oh... so much ice. The boys were enthralled when the local fire department came w/heavy equipment to relieve the trees of some of their load.
Christmas presents! The boys "big" Santa gift was their Dune Racer and they love it!
Matt turned the big 3-0 and requested a snickers cheesecake!
Ellie came from Utah to visit her parents in KY and we took a jaunt up to Bowling Green to see her!
SANTA! :) We got this one cute shot before Cooper sliiiiiid off his lap.... haha

Lot 37 progressed... AND sold! Under contract, that is. What an amazing blessing!

This SUPER cool air show happened at our local airport... it.was.awesome!
Joel, Laurie, Gram, Kendall, & Kenszie came to visit for Thanksgiving - it was awesome! And apparently I was terrible at picture taking.... ! So here is a fun picture of Coop playing w/Uncle Joel :)

October Recap
Banana pudding festival.... heck yes. It was a Mom & Mimi outing, with Dad and Pop Pop busy that day. The boys enjoyed the pony ride, the train, feeding some animals, the carnival games for kids, and meeting Smokey the Bear. Ironically, we didn't eat any Banana pudding! The line for the "pudding walk" was crazy-long and it was unusually hot out, so we bailed. We also went to the White Bluff festival. October is a fun month!
This little dude continued to grow... too fast!
House #2 (lot 37) started!
Pumpkin Carving got serious! The boys were more interested in playing, so the men ended up cleaning & carving!

We celebrated Mason's 5th Birthday! We had a 'friend party' planned for the pumpkin patch... but all three kids came down with Hand,Foot, Mouth disease that week and were still contagious... bummer. Grandparents came though and the boys had a great time together.

The boys dressed up as pirates (surprise!) for Halloween and Cooper was a dragon... circa 2009 Mason's costume. He was not thrilled! Because of a storm that came through, the boys did some trick or treating on Halloween, then went out the next night, then we had a church trunk or treat the following night... yes, it was a 3-day affair!

September
Cooper at 8 months. Cute as a button.
We visited Cheekwood for the first time. This place is so cool! Acres and acres of gardens, this huge mansion, art exhibits, tree houses. The mansion is connected to Maxwell House coffee... which, it turns out, originated in Nashville.
This cute picture happened at Catfish House :)
More trips to the zoo... we got to see the new Kangaroo encounter! I make sure we get our moneys worth out of our zoo membership, hehe!
Our annual Gatlinburg trip - this time w/the Footes too! We had an action-packed super-fun trip. We went to the aquarium, up the mountain tram, had an afternoon of gokarts/bumper boats/etc, hiked in the smokies, saw a MAMA BEAR AND HER CUBS in the woods (we were in our car :), did the alpine slide, and walked downtown. It was an epic trip.
We closed on the house ...!

August Recap
Although I have really slacked here... I really want to make a book of this blog sometime, so here is my attempt at playing catch up!
Lincoln turned 3 Years Old! He requested a pirate party.... then wanted a blue cake that was strawberry inside. It ended up a little eclectic :) All his grandparents came, including Grandaddy, and my Dad showed up dressed as a pirate,... it was pretty awesome. It was a really fun party!
Mason started PreSchool! I was more nervous than he was... of course. He LOVES preschool.
This little man turned 7 months old
We went on an unexpected excursion to the beach! After a really, really busy, crazy year, I desperately wanted/needed a trip to the beach... and Matt consented :) We went for a long weekend to Panama City, my parents went with us and my Grandmother drove up from central Florida to join us. IT. WAS. GREAT.

The house went under contract on the day of final inspection! WHAT a blessing! We had three people attempt offers on it in 3 days... it was really, really exciting and really, really relieving!

Go kart fun w/Mimi and Pop Pop, cousin's birthday parties, the park, the zoo, bowling... lots of fun!
A visit from Aunt Becky!
Pioneer Day fun :) (you know, that Holiday that the average Tennessean has no idea exists..., but Utah treats it as a federal holiday!)
Cooper started sitting up, which means I could start taking fun group photos like this!

March/April (huge) Photo-dump!
Well, how about that for time lapse?? Since Matt spoiled me and surprised me with my first tablet for Valentines, I have become terrible about getting on our desktop downstairs - which means the blog is getting neglected. Whoops!
Some of March....
.
Some of April's happenings:
I had a birthday :) No picture... in part because I also caught a wretched cold the same week (and 4 days before that, had a stomach virus from you- know -where). Ah well!
I discovered the joy of pressure washing (yes, it warrants being mentioned :) :
The house building started!:
This guy turned 3 months!! (more on him in the next post...)
Played outside, went to the zoo, etc etc etc - loving some warm weather!
This guy started Tball! What fun! He loves it.
We flew kites on the-windiest-day-EVER.

And I started playing with my friends' DSLR camera she loaned me for a few weeks:
Some of March....
Matt's construction company, Cynergy Construction, bought two lots and prepped to start building !
My parent's German Shepherd had her puppies (accidental litter w/the neighbors lab) - they are ADORABLE and have been really fun to have around (they'll all be to their new homes in the next week or so).
This kid potty trained... and is mostly doing well :)
We took a weekend jaunt to Memphis and saw the Peabody ducks, ate some AMAZING fried chicken, had a crazy night in the hotel (hello, Lincoln, please learn how to sleep when you're overtired), and had a super fun day at their really great zoo.
Easter! We had a great Easter w/family and WAY too much candy. And this crazy belated-birthday cake for my Mom:
This cute picture happened (Matt's Mom's Dad):
